Geeklog Forums

Media Gallery (Version 1.6.0) strips all html tags - how do I allow them? Especially links to a url.

Of what use is the "Alternate URL" dialog box on the 'image edit' page? The URL does not appear to show up anywhere.

'htmlallowed' is set to true in cfgedit.php

I can not edit the file from the System Options in the Calendar admin page. I get this error msg
An error has occurred:
2 - file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/usr/bin/jhead) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/albemarleweb.com/httpdocs:/tmp) @ /var/www/vhosts/albemarleweb.com/httpdocs/admin/plugins/mediagallery/cfgedit.php line 329

Thanks for the help

Good things come to those who wait. Of course it does not hurt to to work like hell while you are waiting.

Hello Joe,

Last MediaGallery version for Geeklog is still 924

Where does this MG 1.6.0 come from?

Thanks.

From the Admin page of Media Gallery - I quote

"Media Gallery Administration - 1.6.0
Version Information

Your installation is up to date, no updates are available for your version of Media Gallery"

I suggest you view the following post. http://www.geeklog.net/forum/viewtopic.php?showtopic=81895
