forum not posting

i've installed the Forums plugin to my geeklog site but when i try to post a topic all it does is takes me to a blank page. the preview is working but when i submit it does nothing and doesn't give me an error.

I'm using geeklog 1.3.7

And you should really upgrade your Geeklog ...

I can create Forums and categories but no joy when creating posts
