Perhaps this is the very first attempt among Geeklog themes for responsive web design. Theme newspaper_en by milk, from Geeklog Japanese is out. Please see those pages like this or this for details of what responsive web design is. Theme nespaper_en is good for accessibility as well. You can download HERE.
