How to preview all the comments from articles?

Is there a way to see all the comments and delete the ones with spam?

The Spam-X plugin has a Mass Delete Spam Comments option: Add URLs and keywords from the spam you got to the Personal Blacklist, then use the Mass Delete option to remove all comments that contain them.

Note: Do not attempt to remove comments from the database directly (via phpMyAdmin or similar) - that would screw up the comments table. Always use the delete option for individual comments or the Mass Delete option.
