Two sugestion about forum
1. I think that be more logical if on first page forum will have some direrent position
instead

Because when visitor comes on page hi's like to know what Topic are change, not what forum are change, so topic should be first.
2.Belov the forum, aslo should be some Go to forum link, like is in articles read more. Because now you can not go on the first page of the forum, unless you go above where is menu and forum link
