Forum text align problem

My Forum list have to align right, and in forum, all text area also, Because my language is right to left.
/forum/language/mylanguage.php I add this line:
$LANG_DIRECTION = 'rtl',
This is working on main site, but on forum, not working. Why? may be two of those not same code style?
How to change direction for forum?
