Polls are stuck and only show results.

Polls are stuck and only show results.
I have tried different computers on different ISP's but all show results and will not let visitors vote.
I have deleted cookies on my browser have tried different browsers....etc. Nothing works.

Make sure that the poll option "open to voting" is checked.
