Is there any way to pre-set the Advanced Tool Bar so that it comes up automatically when you edit/write a story? I've been having to do it by hand every time.

Hmm, I don't think that's currently possible. The "Default Post Mode" setting in the Configuration would need an additional option for that (and another for the Wiki editor, while we're at it).

Submit a feature request ...
