empty Story & Static Page 'Title' field? Is it possible?

Is it possible to create a static page or story *without* a title?

Following up to the issue:

By unchecking Wrap Static Page in a block I get the results I was looking for which was to not have the title of the static pages show in the page.

Still curious how / what exactly Wrap Static Page in a block is used for.
Can anyone who is familiar with the functionality of it share its purpose?
