Permanent 301 redirect for Dynamic page

How can i permanently redirect via .htaccess:


I would like to do that in a way that my PR rating for the former is carried to the later

Would a simple redirect not work? I hardly ever use htaccess so not sure, I'm sure something will come along with a better solution

Redirecting it this way would work but you would lost your pr rating. Also, i have heard that google takes issue with it being done that way. "HEAD> Page has moved Warning: This is a technique often used by spammers to trick search engines and it should be avoided, unless the page is in a section of your site that isn't spidered"
