Does anyone have a list of IP addresses that should be blocked (where most of the spam bots come from). I was wondering if possible I could get geeklog.net list so I could add it to my own.

Ironmax maintains a nice list. Ann Elisabeth, aka Spamhuntress, also often posts IPs to block.
