major userstats problem

Ok so the problem is that i am moving servers and the userstats table is HUGE 115 mb so when i try to import it to the new database it always times out. I have tried to zip it up and that still does not help. Can i just flush the userstats table and still be ok, or is that information too important? Any other suggestions would be great.
