It keeps giving me this message

I made trible sure that I made the right change to config.php, and lib-common.php

your path should end in a slash as per the comments in your config.php file.

Any help, ideas...

$_CONF['path'] should not contain "config.php". It's supposed to point to the directory where config.php is located.
