Could someone please help with event calender

I want to have 24 hour clock and not 12 and am and pm . Where can I do that ??? I have lokkes in the forum now for 3 hours but nothing Rolling Eyes PLease help !!!!

Adding events is hard-coded to am/pm format, unfortunately. Display of the events in the calendar only depends on your settings in config.php.
