Include theme with other

Greetings. I am wondering on if it is possible to have the theme included in another folder is it possible? If so how?
(example)
public_html is where my geeklog located i would like to include a folder called schedule)
If anyone can help you thank you very much.
OR! is it possible to include PHP inside of a static page? (first one is easier but if needed i can do this also) thank you
