I have been trying to edit an article so that it does not show on the front page, and appears only in the topic listing - but the changes won't save no matter what I do.

I am logged in as the geeklog admin on my site.

This is a new installation of geeklog (latest release 1.3.11)

I've had similar problems with other areas of my geeklog site and it turned out to be due to that I didn't properly update the templates after upgrading to 1.3.11. The way you can test if it is a template issue, is try switching to the professional theme and seeing if you're properly able to edit the article. Just a thought. Hope it helps.

Yep, was able to get the Professional theme to let me edit correctly - but no other theme does.

I also have no idea where in the themes the "templates" you are referring to exist, nor what to change in them. Anyone have any ideas?

Themes will usually have to be updated to work with a new version of Geeklog when we introduce new functionality. The theme changes are listed in the documentation.

bye, Dirk

Hrm. I guess I should figure out how all this works since the theme I like best for my site is not the Professional one. Very Happy
