recieving new registration notification

Hi there
can anyone help me, ive looked through most of the config files and just cant see the option.
I have enabled that new registrations must first be approved as its for members only but there is no option on the admin pages to accept the registration once it has been aproved, is there a way to add a button or to add a email notification of new applications

Once you set $_CONF['usersubmission'] = 1; there will be a new option on the "Submissions" page (admin/moderation.php) where you can approve new users.
To be notified of new user applications, set $_CONF['notification'] = array ('user');
