static pages suddenly not recognizing right blocks

strange problem just cropped up after months of trouble free use...my static pages ...(if edited and resaved) do not recognize the right blocks - the static page flows right behind the right blocks??!!

very strange...the left hand placement is fine.

I tried wit hopera and IE, and both seem to be messed up.
try the code validator of Opera and you will see you have some more or less serious troubles with your layout
