Forum 2.3.1 fatal error

I installed the most recent version of forum (2.3.1). I seem to be able to enter messages, etc. But when I go to Forum Settings, I get:

Text Formatted Code
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: ppnavbar() in
/home/inspire/public_html/imsite/forum/gf_userprefs.php
on line 80

 


I added the lib-portalparts.php to my /system directory as instructed. I even edited gf_usersettings.php to reflect the url of my lib-common.php.

What went wrong?
