Want visitors to rate the links

Hi! I'm administrate LinuxEmu ( http://linuxemu.linuxgames.com ).

As all our links is for various emulators/applications I want to give my visitors the ability to rate a link.
So when I went to the Geeklog website if there was any plugins to download, I noticed that Geeklog gives the visitor the ability to rate plugins/links.

How is that done? We are running Geeklog v1.3.8. Confused

The geeklog Downloads section uses the 'file management' plugin. The ability to rate the file links is a feature of the plugin.

An integration of the phpLinks package into Geeklog (replacing Geeklog's links section with phpLinks) is available from Squatty's site. If I'm not mistaken, phpLinks allows you to rate links.
