upgrde problum

I upgraded to .3 thin .4 and is there any chance that the new upgrade is reqwesting more from MySql?
The reason is I am on a small server that has a cap on how many reqwest I can have.
It was not a problum tell now.

There were no changes in the SQL requests for the last update.

ya I did not think there was but now my server is crashing. But no bigy I was moving the sight to a larger server anyways.

Is there any way to get all the stuff from the Database to transfer to a new one?
And no the set up well not be the same. Compleatly new company
