Place of functions with PLG prefix?

Hi GeeksPeople
There are some functions with PLG prefix like PLG_createUser, PLG_profileVariablesEdit i tryed to find it few times and no expecting results. Can you help me, and say where it is?

I found it. It's in file ../system/lib-plugins.php.
