Weather plugin time setting

Hi Guys,
I have the weather plugin running and it looks good. However, the time does not seem to be set correctly, even though the region and local is set. As admin I have set it to Denmark- Roskilde, and it works. But the icons are not showing up correctly. The sun is out in the night and the moon is shown in day.
Is there a setting I missed somewhere?
