Layout problem ?!

Template Error: set_root: /home/httpd/vhosts/technonirisme.com/httpdocs/ref/public_html/layout/XSilver is not a directory.
 Halted.
It occur at the end of my installation, even if it show Success ! And now this message appear everytime i try to reach my site
