Calendar Block Problems

I have installed the latest version of the calendar block. There are the two arrows underneath the calendar that allow you to see the previous or the next month on the calendar. When I Click on either arrow, I get a page cannot be displayed. It does not point me to a new url like it does when I click on a specific date. I am running this on a Windows 2000 server with IIS. Does anyone know what this could be??

I have the same problem, also running on windows nt.
