Help, Need GL Reinstalled...!

Okay, since no one originally wanted to upgrade GL to the latest version at the time, I tried myself when 1.3.7 came out and toasted my group's web site, as I reported on here a few weeks ago. Yes, there was a backup done for the entire server but the backup got backedup on bad tapes -- not my fault as this was an issue at the server provider's location -- so we have no site. So, I am asking again if someone could please install GL so that we can have a web site again, because I CANNOT DO IT!!!
