I'm running geeklog v 1.3.7 and my rss feed doesn't show any stories. I can't figure out why it doesn't work. If anybody has any ideas let me know. Thanks

Check the permissions for the geeklog.rdf file and the backend directory. Also, do you get any error messages (in the browser or in error.log) when you save a story? bye, Dirk

Also, check and make sure that anonymous users have read access both to the stories that you want to appear in the RDF/RSS file and the topics those stories are in. -Vinny

The permissions are 775 on both the geeklog.rdf file and the backend directory. Anonymous users have read access to both the topic and the story, and I host my own web server. Is there anyway the rss feed could be turned off? Thanks

In config.php: $_CONF['backend'] = 1; // 1 = active, 0 = off bye, Dirk

If you are using a hosting provider for geeklog it is likely that your permissions need to be 777 for the backend directory and 666 (or 777) for the rdf file. -Vinny
