How to add Static Pages to the Topic Menu

How can i add a Static Page to the Topic Menu. Here is the website.

Your site has a little problem, I noticed (Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ELSE in /home/a8671150/public_html/lib-common.php on line 2162).
The Topics block is meant for news-topics, not for Static Pages. But you can put a normal HTML block below it and punt some HTML code with links to these Static Pages if you want, or even include links to the Topics and disable the original Topics block. The block Resources on this site is also a plain HTML block with some unordered lists of links.
There is also a GLmenu plugin (on Portalparts.com) and a Navigator plugin (on this site) available to make a nice menu block.
