mail utility problem

When i go to send mail to my "logged-in" users, or any group for that matter, i fill out the form and then when i press send i get this error.
"Please fill in all the fields on the form and select a group of users from the drop down."
i have all the fields filled in, not sure what happened, any suggestions?
