I just installed geeklog for the first time, and when trying to delete a block I just created, the following error message disallow me: You don't have permission to access /home/admin/block.php on this server.

How do I fix this? It also seems that all of a sudden when I am trying to create any new block, it keeps on giving me another message saying that I have to fill in the block name field, and it is filled out. Can anyone help me? I tried to search on this problem, with no answeres.
