If you want you could add pager:false in the parameter of the autotag to avoid the display of many points below the slider.

I held back adding jQuery 2.0 to Geeklog 2.1.0.
Once Geeklog 2.1.0 is released the community will have to have a discussion on adding jQuery 2.0 to Geeklog 2.2.0
