I'm doing a test run of migrating my site to a new server. Everything seems to go fine, but I can't login - it just cycles back to the users.php page, telling me to check my username and password.

I've tried renaming my cookie info via phpMyAdmin so it won't conflict with my live site, but that doesn't seem to help. Is it possible to change the Admin password via phpMyAdmin? I tried that too, but still got the same login loop.

To check to see if the login process is working, If you create a new user, can you login with that?

New server can't send email yet, so I can't get it to email the new user a password.
