Polls allow users to vote again

I guess it's my week to pick on the polls plugin. Even with the same computer, same IP address, same browser, no dumping of cookies etc, after a period of time a user that has voted in a given poll can vote again in that same poll. I've seen this in four 1.5.2sr4 sites, including this site. I wish I would have recorded the time/date I voted in the front page poll here so I could give a more accurate time period, but I'm guesstimating it was a week or so ago, Now once again the front page poll is available to me to vote again.
