i'm looking for a plugin which allows me to send an email to all members of a specific group.

The core already does that (if you're an admin).

That`s called "mail to users" and you can also choose a group.

ahmm, ok. never seen that. i don't really work as admin. is this a feature that i can assign to an other group?

There's a predefined "Mail Admin" group and a "user.mail" permission. Add one of those for your user.
