I selected advanced editor FCK for story, but noticed that if anyone without login can also use it , especially to insert image files.
For stories, it need permission to publish it, but comment can be publish rightaway.
is there any way to disable it?

You can turn off comments for anonymous and also turn off the upload of images within the advanced editor.
