I using on my site phpblock_StoriesByTopic (Stories by topic)

can you help me:

1. what i need to do that date (or time) of stories are displayed too in that block?

2. what i need to do that titles of stories begins with some symbol in that block? ( "-", "#" or ">"

3. what i need to do that beetween titles of stories are some interval in that block?

Thank you for any help. I'm newbie in php

1) sorry, don't know, I'm no developer.
2) have a good look at the code, there's some html in it, and add the tags/symbols on the right spot
3) what do you mean by that?
