Moving right_block to bottom

Hi.
I'm using the Integral theme. It dont "support"/have a right block and thats fine, but I would like to move the right_block to the bottom, that would be between left and center block and the footer(or as a part of the footer), but I cant figure out how to do it.
Anybody know how I could do this?
Edit: By right_block I mean what the Blocks page under in the admin menu calls "Block Manager (Right)".
