undefined function??

Hi, i just installed the latest geeklog at my homepage http://chriswithey.com installation went dine, im 100% sure i have uploaded all the files, but when i go to add a new "link" i get this error

What have i done wrong? Confused:

Infact i get this error when i try to add anything, calender events, links etc..
