Bad Behaviour Menu Disapears

Hi
I have Bad Behaviour installed and it's great, however the menu keeps disapearing in the
Admins menu Items.
If you access Bad Behaviour from The main admin Home Panel the menu Item appears in Admin's menu Items on the left hand side.
When you leave the Bad Behaviour Control Panel the menu item disapears from the Admin's menu ??
I have deleted the plugin and reinsalled same thing happens...??
Any suggestions ?
It does seem to be working though so that's OK

Never seen this happening ... Is this Bad Behavior version 1 or 2?

One idea: Check that you're in the Bad Behavior Admin group.

I have seen this before with BB2, but only when using glmenu, never really bothered me as it seemed to sort itself out after a while, so I didnt worry Blaine or Mark with it.

I have a few sites where it doesn't show up. Not using glmenu. I never sweated it.

I'll walk through the code this weekend and see if I can figure why the menu doesn't seem to always want to show up.
