Should I change engine from MyISAM to InnoDB?

my site mySQUEL database using storage engine MyISAM

to solve that search problem, because it says memory problem, Should I change engine from MyISAM to InnoDB?

INNODB tables will probably require more RAM to operate. You should find out why your mySQL instance is running out of RAM.
