Moodle on Geeklog?

On my GL site I would like to put Moodle http://moodle.org/. I'd like to use GL as the base for the site and say when you would go to www.shanegibney.com/moodle you'd be into the moodle. So Moodle would be an extension of GL. I just wonder how this would work because Moodle has it's own blocks and stuff. Would they conflict?

If anyone has any ideas I'd love to hear them.

Well, I don't know anything about Moodle, but since they've also been picked for the Google Summer of Code 2007 maybe developing an integration or brigde would be an idea for a project ...
