logo, traffic help

i changed the logo of my geeklog site, it works fine with firefox, but in internet explorer it shows a white background, though i have made the logo background transparent.

PLZ HELP.

also i need help because my site is not so popular, as i thought it would be.
how could i draw gnuine attention of cyber population to my site.
plz help

Your logo uses alpha transparency which IE6 and earlier does not understand. There are JavaScript workarounds for this (use Google) or simply change it to use normal transparency.
