Garden theme charset codification question

Hi,
I'm using garden theme. It's running ok except for one thing; under Firefox it looks really great but for IE 6 and 7 I guess, i've seen that the "send to a friend" and "printable version" images looks too enlarged when the IE browsers has the European ISO codification, but if i change it to European (Windows) codification it looks as good as in Firefox. Is there a section of the style.css that I can change to inform the browsers to use the European (windows) codification ?
