topic submissions counter

The counters for the Topics in the Topics Block are not recording submissions. The total counter appears to be OK. I have both counters turned on in config.php I have both anonymous and registered submissions that haven't shown up.

BTW I am using v 1.3.11sr7-1

I haven't heard of any problems with those options and the display of the submission count works in 1.4.0 (just switched it on briefly here on the site).

Never mind. I misunderstood what the counter was doing. I didn't know that it cleared when the submission was approved. I thought it was a running tally.
