Weather plugin stopped working

I installed the Weather plugin and it worked right off the bat. Now, the block simply states "Sorry, the weather block is unavailable. Please check back soon.".

I've ran the connectivity test and speed tests and there doesn't appear to be a problem.

Ideas?

Oh, now I see "WARNING...Weather Block is not installed or disabled. Click here to install the block! Check your error log to see why the block was removed.".

Clicking on link fixed it.

Well, it stopped working again today. I haven't found what is causing it to uninstall itself.

Suggestions?

I've never used that plugin, but I think I read somewhere that this is actually a feature: If it can't reach the site it gets the weather data from, it's disabling (uninstalling?) itself ...
