Help with Links please

I have the links plugin installed on my site and it is great. I have about 6000 links. Now I would like to know if I can have a second instance of the links plugin installed. I want to use it as a guide to flea markets that can be viewed by State and town. I think that this might require another level of links. The top for States then visitors can select a town. Can anyone help me with this?

Not without code changes. You would have to change any places in the code where it references the database tables, its URLs, and the name of the plugin itself.
