Display Issue w/IE not other Browsers (WEIRD)

I am about to publish my new site. I just now noticed that my user function blocks displays correctly under Safar, Netscape, FireFox and MOzilla. But In IE the user function block is missing. Now my users can't login. Unless I tell them to go to website.com/users.php. Can anyone help me? Here is the (Temp) ip addy here. Try using IE and notice no user function block. Then use FireFox and the block is there.
