Hello all again. So I have installed the Filemgt 1.3 plug in and when an anon user logs in, he gets this:
ERROR: No access to this Document Repository Section
User does not have access to the Document Repository

I have enabled anon access in the settings of the plug in.

www.greatnorthernrewers.org is the site in question

Make sure the anonymous access is really enabled. For this, the file /path/to/geeklog/plugins/filemgmt/filemgmt.php has to be writable.

I set the permissions to the /path/to/geeklog/plugins/filemgmt/filemgmt.php at 777 and it is still giving me the same error.
