It may not be the most original thing around, but here ya go...
Allow your users to change the language that your GL site is viewed in simply by selecting a language from this dropdown. This phpblock offers a user the ability to view a site in their preferred language without having to login.
aside from an ugly refresh, this works pretty good. Find it here.
