HOW DO I REMOVE THE TOP LINKS?

Hi, I would like to remove the links at the top of my site at www.YoungsterPreneurs.com. The links are:
Contribute . Web Resources . Past Polls . Calendar . Advanced Search . Site Statistics
How do I do so?

You can either edit header.thtml and comment out the line that contains {menu_elements} or edit config.php and comment out the line that reads:
'plugins' // links added by plugins, like {plg_menu_elements}
change to
// 'plugins' // links added by plugins, like {plg_menu_elements}
